MY STORY

Hey there, my name is Libby Betsworth, Online Coach & Personal Trainer! Over the past year, I’ve been training women to achieve fat loss and feel better physically and mentally to help them become the strongest version of themselves.

I first decided to become a Personal Trainer because until recently, I had always struggled in one way or another with my weight. I constantly dipped up and down, resulting in awful self-esteem issues and a bad relationship with food. My diet was never the best, as I was always doing fad diets, not eating at all or binge eating. It took me quite a few years to realise that none of these would ever help me. I’d never really enjoyed exercise due to being bullied at school and it also didn’t help that I lacked knowledge regarding working out, as well as the confidence to do so.

As a coach, I am compassionate, caring and understanding My proudest achievement is losing 6 stone and making a change in my life. My mission is to help people lose weight and feel great.
